Kennelwick

A pet food shop where subscribing is the easy choice. I designed the store and built it on Next.js with a headless backend.

Subscriptions grew to 58% of orders

The brief

Kennelwick sells pet food online. Most customers bought once and forgot to come back before the bag ran out.

What I built

A storefront where subscribing is the default and easy to change. Every product page shows the delivery rhythm, the saving and a skip button up front. Order tracking lives on one screen with the rider, the route and the time window.

I built it with Next.js on a headless commerce backend, with pages that load fast on a phone in a shop doorway.

What changed

Subscriptions grew from 21% to 58% of orders in the first year, and fewer customers wrote in asking where their parcel was.

Screens

Three screens from the shipped product, at the size they sit on this page.
