The brief
Sennight is building a calendar for product studios. The team had argued for months about how drag to schedule should work on a phone.
What I built
A prototype in React and Framer Motion where you drag a task onto the week, stretch it to fit and drop it on a free slot. If a guest is busy, the slot turns amber before you let go.
We tested it with eight studio leads in the first week. Their sessions settled most of the open questions.
What changed
The prototype was ready in two weeks and the feature shipped six weeks later, built from the same interaction notes.
