A time picker that works with one thumb

Most booking screens put the times near the top, where your thumb cannot reach them on a large phone.

The reach problem

When we watched patients book on their phones, many switched to two hands or gave up and called. The slots were simply too high.

What we changed

Day chips stay at the top for context. The slots and the confirm button moved into the bottom half, in a three column grid with large targets. Taken times stay visible but struck through.

More people finished booking, and the average booking took under a minute. None of it needed new visuals.
